PRODUCTS

We currently produce raw honey, wild edibles and culinary mushrooms.

Our honey is produced on our farm grounds in Indian Neck.  It's processed raw and by hand here in Branford, CT.  If you are a member of our community we hope you see our bees pollinating a flower near you.

Many of our wild edibles come from within the Branford area and are locally and sustainably sourced.  Most of these are dependant on seasonal conditions.  We forage for anything from ramps to porcini mushrooms.  Requests are always welcome and new products can arrive daily.

We are currently in production of culinary choice mushrooms including but not limited to Shitake, Lion Mane and Reishi.
